Somatic + Mindful

This class honors where you are, while gently encouraging growth through consistency and awareness. It’s a great next step from Gentle, while still keeping the same supportive and intentional pace.

Somatic

Restore & Sound Bath
A 60-minute experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and fully rest.
You’ll begin with gentle, supported, floor-based stretching, holding comfortable positions for several minutes to allow your body to soften and your nervous system to settle.
The class ends with a Sound Bath, where you rest quietly as the tones of crystal singing bowls create a calm, steady vibration that supports deep relaxation and mental clarity.
There is no intensity here.
No pressure.

Private Sessions (up to 4 people)

Each session is custom designed based on your needs. You can choose from any of our class styles, including Chair, Restore, Somatic, Gentle, and more. Together, we’ll create an experience that fits your goals, comfort level, and energy.
Group Private Sessions (4–16 people)
Ideal for team gatherings, corporate groups, or special occasions.
