Chair Movement & Stretch is a 30-minute class designed to support gentle movement, stretching, and connection—all from the comfort of a chair. This class is ideal for anyone who prefers not to sit on the floor due to mobility limitations or personal preference. We focus on flexibility, mobility, and stability, using a combination of seated postures and a small amount of standing work.
Each session encourages you to listen to your body and explore modifications that feel right for you. It’s a space where movement meets mindfulness, and where community is just as important as the practice itself. Many participants find joy in the friendships formed here, making this class a meaningful part of their weekly rhythm.
Chair Movement & Stretch is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:45 PM. The cost is $10 per class, or you can purchase a Chair Monthly Pass for $65, which also includes access to our Stability class on Wednesdays at 4:45 PM.

Gentle is one of our most beloved classes, offering a thoughtful blend of movement, mindfulness, and education. Each session is guided with clear instruction and explanation, helping you understand the postures, muscle groups, and intentions behind the practice.
We begin with a mental focus, move through a physical sequence, and build toward a peak pose before settling into rest. Each week brings a new theme—hips, heart, twists, stability, or full-body integration—paired with a mindful intention that invites reflection and emotional presence.
This class is designed to support slow, steady growth. We honor our bodies as they are, embracing consistency over perfection. With time and practice, strength and awareness deepen, both on and off the mat.
Gentle is offered twice a week: Thursdays at 5:30 PM with Vicki, and Saturdays at 10:00 AM with Karen.

Our Monday offering combines two deeply supportive practices into one full hour of movement and mindfulness. The first 30 minutes is Somatic—a gentle, body-led warmup that invites you to tune in, soften, and prepare for deeper engagement. The second half mirrors the structure of our Gentle class, with a standing sequence, flowing postures, and a seated cool down.
This class honors where you are today, while encouraging growth through consistency, patience, and presence. Each week offers a new opportunity to deepen your awareness, build strength, and explore your evolving practice. It’s a beautiful way to uplevel from Gentle, while staying grounded in the same intentional rhythm.
Somatic + Mindful is offered every Monday at 5:30 PM. Join us for the full hour and experience the power of movement paired with mindful attention.

Deep is a special event class offered on Fridays at 5:30 PM. This 60-minute practice focuses on active stretching held for extended periods, allowing muscles to release deeply—down to the fascia and connective tissue. By holding postures for up to six minutes (three minutes per side), we create space for increased range of motion and deeper hydration within the muscle where it meets the bone.
Each class includes approximately 10 to 11 postures, most of which are fully supported on the floor using props. On Stability weeks, we incorporate a small amount of standing work. The intention is to open the muscle, release tension, and allow for greater gains through sustained holds.
We close each session with restorative rest, inviting the body to integrate and settle. Deep is accessible to all levels and offers a powerful complement to your weekly practice.

Relax is a 30-minute practice designed to help you slow down, soften, and restore. Offered on Mondays at 6:45 PM this class blends passive stretching with deeply restful modalities to support physical release and emotional ease.
We’ve restructured RELAX to create a quiet, nurturing space—an intentional pause at the start of your week. Each session invites you to settle into stillness, calm your nervous system, and gently open your body. It’s a peaceful experience suitable for anyone who feels comfortable on the floor.
This is your time to rest, reflect, and reconnect. RELAX is more than movement—it’s a weekly ritual of quiet renewal.

Somatic is a 30-minute floor-based movement class designed to help you release stored tension and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. Offered Mondays at 5:30 PM with Vicki and Tuesdays at 6:10 PM with Emily, this practice invites you to move slowly, intuitively, and with deep awareness.
There’s no standing—just gentle, intentional movement on the floor: seated, on hands and knees, or lying on your back. Expect neck circles, hip rolls, flowing Cat/Cow variations, and figure-four stretches with subtle shifts. You’ll use your arms, stretch your back, and loosen your hips, all while being guided to close your eyes and listen inward.
Somatic meets you where you are. It can be as gentle or as activating as you choose, making it a powerful modality for overall wellness and emotional release. Whether you’re warming up for deeper practice or simply seeking a quiet reset, Somatic offers space to move, feel, and restore.

Offered on Wednesdays at 4:45 PM with Vicki, this class emphasizes core engagement, balance, and lower-body strength using props and “one foot at a time” exercises to support joint health—especially in the knees, hips, and ankles.
This class is ideal for anyone looking to improve functional strength, enhance mobility, and gain confidence in their movement. It’s especially supportive for those returning to exercise, navigating physical limitations, or simply seeking a slower-paced, highly effective practice.
Stability is also a powerful entry point into our Strength and Sculpt classes, helping you develop the control and awareness needed to progress safely and sustainably. With consistency, you’ll notice improvements in posture, coordination, and overall body confidence.
Whether you're just beginning or refining your foundation, Stability offers a steady path forward—one grounded step at a time.

Offered weekly on Thursday at 6.45 with Amanda, this class is designed to help you activate major muscle groups, improve posture, and support overall stability—making it a vital part of your wellness journey.
We move through standing and chair-based exercises that challenge your strength while honoring your body’s needs. Each session is structured to support gradual progress, with modifications available to meet you where you are.
Strength is a natural next step after Stability, and a strong companion to Sculpt. It’s for anyone ready to feel more grounded, capable, and energized in their body. With consistent practice, you’ll notice increased stamina, better alignment, and a deeper sense of physical empowerment.

Sound Bath Meditation is our newest standalone offering—but it’s been part of our rhythm for years. For over seven years, this practice was woven into our Restore class, and it quickly became a community favorite. Recognizing its impact, Vicki, our studio owner, felt called to deepen her study of sound healing—exploring the power of quartz crystal bowls, sound frequency, and meditative vibration as a pathway to restoration.
This 30-minute class invites you to lie down, settle in, and receive. The tones of the bowls wash over you, calming the nervous system, releasing tension, and creating space for emotional and energetic healing. It’s a quiet, immersive experience—no movement, just sound, stillness, and presence.
