If you’ve ever felt out of place in a fitness space…you’re not alone.
If your body doesn’t feel like it used to,or you’ve tried before and it didn’t stick…you’re in the right place.
At Deep in the Heart Wellness, we believe wellness is for every body. Every age, every season, every level of experience.
To us, true wellness means feeling your best physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
There are six areas that support that kind of wellness:
When even one of these areas is out of balance, we feel it. Stress increases. Energy drops. Our sense of well being begins to slip.
But when these areas are supported, everything shifts.
We wake up more rested. More focused. More able to live with strength and purpose.
Deep in the Heart is a wellness studio created to support this kind of whole body health. We offer educational classes, massage therapy, and nutritional consultations. But the heart of what we do is movement. Gentle, intentional movement helps reconnect the body, mind, and spirit. It eases tension, supports long term health, and creates space for real, lasting change.
Over time, you may notice:
Most importantly…
you don’t have to do this alone.
Our studio is built on inclusion. Every body is welcome here. Every background, every stage, every starting point.
Movement should feel accessible, supportive, and empowering.
And that’s exactly what we offer.

At Deep in the Heart Wellness, we offer a variety of services, but our primary focus is group fitness classes that support the whole body.
Our classes are designed to improve flexibility, mobility, strength, stability, and relaxation. Every class is offered at multiple levels so every body can participate safely and confidently.
Most people walk through our doors with a simple, powerful goal:
to feel better.
Physically. Emotionally. Or both.
A core part of what we do is breathe.
We learn how to breathe through movement, through stretching, through strengthening, and through stillness.
Breath is life. It supports the body, calms the nervous system, and helps shift us out of stress and into a place of rest and restoration.
With intentional breathing, movement becomes more effective, more supported, and more connected.
We also emphasize self care and de stressing.
Life is full. Schedules are busy. And it’s easy to put yourself last.
But you cannot pour into others when you are depleted.
Even just one hour, two or three times a week, can begin to shift how you feel in your body and in your life.
Our classes offer something many people don’t realize they need:
a pause.
A space to step away from the noise, to move, to breathe, and to reconnect.
For many, this becomes a time to pray, to reflect, to praise, and to be present with the Spirit in a quiet and personal way.
And if you’re looking for deeper support, you can also schedule life coaching sessions with Vicki.
These sessions offer a more personalized approach to help you grow, heal, and strengthen your life from the inside out.

Growth happens over time.
Through consistency. Through dedication. Through the simple willingness to show up for yourself.
Wellness is not a destination.
It is a journey.
At Deep in the Heart Wellness, we support that journey by strengthening the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Our classes are intentionally designed to help you feel:
Each week, we set studio intentions that invite mindfulness into every area of life.
These intentions help us reflect on where we are growing, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
They become gentle reminders to pause, to notice, and to stay open to the work God is doing within us.
Breath is at the center of this practice.
It keeps you connected to your body.
It deepens awareness.
It creates space for change.
Over time, this becomes more than just a class.
It becomes a way of living.
A way of feeling better each day.
A way of connecting with others.
A way of connecting with God.
A way of growing into the life you’re being called to live.
We care for the whole person because true wellness requires a full, integrated approach.
We cannot pour from an empty cup.
This is where we come to be filled.
