Meg started attending classes at Deep in the Heart in 2018 when it opened. Meg and Vicki worked at the radio station together for many years and remained great friends. Meg started teaching in 2019 and excelled at the upleveled flow classes we had back then. She stepped away in December of 2021 to deal with some life issues (We all have these in life) and 2 years later she has returned to her practice and will take on a leadership position in the mornings at Deep in the Heart starting with offering Video Mindful classes. You'll catch Meg taking some nighttime classes in addition to the offerings in the mornings. When Meg isn't acting in one of the productions downtown, riding her bike, volunteering at one of the many places she helps serve, or walking her dogs she might very well been seen galivanting at an art event in her spare time. Meg is thrilled to be back where she belongs helping people with their wellness and encouraging others to be their best version. She will start back with "Mindful Video" offerings Tuesday and Thursday at 630am

Carley is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor.
